This privacy policy explains how xRM Products LLC processes personal data when you use our apps or portals worldwide.

2. Scope

This policy applies globally to the use of our Dynamics 365 apps (e.g., xRM Data Log), the Partner Portal (xrmpartner.com) and the Customer Portal (xrmcustomer.com).

3. Data we process

• Name, email, company (on signup or support)
• Tenant ID and Environment ID for license validation
• Anonymous feature usage data (e.g., setup completed)
• Optional: newsletter opt-in, telemetry preferences

4. Legal bases

• EU / UK: Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR / UK GDPR
• USA (California): CCPA / CPRA – transparency, no data sales
• Australia: Privacy Act 1988 (APPs 1–13) – access & transparency
• Canada: PIPEDA – right to access stored data

5. Hosting & international transfers

Our services run on Microsoft Azure (USA). Data transfers are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Government access in the US cannot be fully ruled out.

6. Recipients

• Microsoft Corporation (Azure)
• SMTP providers (e.g., Mailjet)
• Application Insights (if telemetry is enabled)
• Support partners acting on behalf of xRM Products

7. Telemetry

If enabled, we only collect anonymized feature usage data. No personal data, IPs or user IDs are stored. Telemetry can be disabled anytime in the app settings.

8. Your rights

• Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection
• Complaints can be submitted to: AEPD, BfDI, ICO, OAIC, OPC
